Quotes from VJ pillow:

“ There is many big differences between VJ-ing and conventional video creation. Even if my creations is closer to documentary or fiction than a “normal VJ set”, I do not forget about the atmosphere of the event where I am playing. Before a set, I know already in which direction I gonna go but I do not know how and where I gonna end up to. That’s the beauty of Vj-ing.

Vj-ing use to be a support to the music. It was a way the producers found to spice up the night but VJ-ing had evolved and its became an unique art form. More and more artists of very diverse field get interested in the illimited possibilities of VJ-ing. Without music, there is no VJ-ing but I too often see VJs being a slave of the music, following in perfect sync every beats and limit the creation to nice pictures or graphics that follow the music. With my sets, I use the music as a transport to take my picture where I want it to go. Promoting VJ-ing as an art is my goal.”
